This is a lot better value than the size that comes with the regular re-charge kit. The spray bottle offers much better coverage with less waste, and less effort from the regular size finger pump. And I have always found that the cleaner runs out way before the oil of the same size. Also I clean these filters more often, and it really helps with overall milage. Letting a filter go 50k (K&N statement) before you clean it is just CRAZY! Clean it every 10-15k and you will find your car runs better, and you have less gunk on you throttle body that causes poor mileage.

I think these are worth it, particularly in smaller horsepower cars where a little boost is noticeable.

It seemed to give a slight hp boost. It makes a more noticeable change to the sound of the engine. A positive change. Thumbs up

KN 33-2370, I have KN's in all my vehicles. This one is for a 2012 Camry and I'm sure it will fit the 2011 and perhaps the 2013. In installing these in Toyotas you will see a cotton/carbon mesh filter that is not removable in the top of the airbox. Its a post filter and I believe it has something to do with emissions on the newer Toyotas. You can't remove this filter, nor should you. Buy installing the KN filter you will eliminate the large cotton/paper filter in the bottom of the tray that is removable. This filter is a denso brand filter typically, and is very restrictive. When you get the KN you will notice that its not quite as tall as the OE filter and thats normal so don't be alarmed.
After the installation, your computer will need to re learn itself and it may take as many as three key starts for it to understand that its now getting a bit more air. I'd say within three days you would notice and improvement. Some have noticed improvement immediately. Most drivers with a tuned ear, will also here their engine become a bit more agressive sounding, this to is normal and will not cause damage.

I use K&N products on every engine I have including my lawn mower and RC cars. This filter was a replacement for my CAI on my 06 Dodge Magnum RT AWD. Although you do not need to replace the elements I wanted two so that I could have one installed while cleaning the other. I dyno tested the first car I used the CAI on which was an 04 Magnum only 2WD and gained 20 HP at the wheels which is very impressive for a 250 dollar bolt on part. I also gained almost 2 mpg. The problem lies with the newer cars computers ability to "learn" it is getting more air than normal and adapt its fuel mixture to compensate thus losing the HP and MPG benefits. The only way to regain the gains is to reset the cars CPU by unhooking tthe battery. I do not do that and am happy with the just the improved sound from the CAI. It sounds like it going to suck the hood into the plenum when I step on the gas. Very cool if you like that sort of thing.
